As you can see in the charts below prices in Marin County have been pretty flat throughout 2010, hovering right around 2004 levels. The volume, on the other hand, has been pretty anemic–with only 180 homes selling in the entire County for the month of October 2010. While it’s traditionally a slower time of year, let’s hope things pick up.
