Ross, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update for September 2010

As of October 6, 2010 only 13% of available listings in Ross are in escrow.

For the month of September 2010 only 2 homes sold in Ross–one of which was a distress sale.

The final selling prices of these 2 homes were $920,000 and $1,840,000. 

The average original asking prices of these homes was $1,747,500, with the average final selling price $1,380,000.

Both of these homes sold for less than their original asking price.

It took these homes an average of 151 days to sell.
