Marin County, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update for September 2010

As of October 6, 2010 23% of available listings in Marin County are in escrow.

For the month of September 2010 188 homes sold (47 of which were distress sales) for an average final selling price of $903,982.  (Due to reporting deficiencies with the MLS the average original asking price is not available for the entire County.)

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $108,000 to a high of $5,500,000.

It took these homes an average of 122 days to sell.
