As of August 6, 2010 22% of available listings in marvelous Marin County are in escrow.
For the month of July 2010 only 206 homes sold in the entire County, for an average final selling price of $972,484.
The range of final selling prices was from a low of $110,000 to a high of $6,900,000.
Of the 206 homes that sold 39 were distress sales.
It took these homes an average of 90 days to sell.
