As you can see in the charts below prices are sort of flat in Marin County right now BUT the number of homes selling is increasing month over month and year over year.
I really feel we’ve weathered the worst of the storm and that things are getting better. We’re not completely out of the woods, but the light at the end of the tunnel is NOT an oncoming train. 🙂
