For the month of March 2010 62 homes sold in Petaluma for an average final selling price of $493,985.

The average original asking price of these homes was $530,062.

The range of final selling prices was froma low of $194,000 to a high of $1,200,000.

Of the 62 homes that sold (27 of which were distress sales) 4 sold at their original asking price and a whopping 20 sold over their original asking price.  All others sold for less.

It took these homes an average of 108 days to sell.
