As you see in the charts below the number of homes being sold is up slightly from 2009 and 2008, and that is really important.  The average sales price, on the other hand is only up slightly from the same time in 2009 but down substantially from this time in 2008.  Suffice to say, we are back to reality.  Another good thing.  🙂
