Marin County, CA Home Sales Chart: 2001 – present

Normally I do a detailed market report each month, but this month I simply do not have the time.  I am, however, able to share the updated sales charts as shown below.

As you will see, the average sales price in Marin County took a little dip in April compared to March, as the low end of the market continues to thrive.  Volume is up, again due to the low end of the market, as buyers are coming out to snap up deals on distress sales.  Perhaps you can too!
