May 4 – Sean Penn Presents “The Films Of My Life” Series at the Rafael Theater in San Rafael
May 5 – Annual Cinco de May Celebration at the McInnis Golf Club in San Rafael
May 5 – Sonoma Plaza’s Tuesday Night Farmer’s Market and Festival from 5:30 – 8:30pm
May 7 – Downtown San Rafael Farmer’s Market and Festival in Downtown San Rafael
May 8 – George Winston is at the Napa Valley Opera House
May 9 – May Madness Downtown San Rafael Classic Car Parade and Rockin’ Street Dance
May 9 – Grand RE-Opening of the Red Hill Dog Park in San Anselmo
May 9 – Marin Human Race a 5K, mostly flat, course starting and finishing at the Marin Center Fairgrounds
May 10 – Marin County Civic Center Farmer’s Market from 8am – 1pm
May 10 – There are a TON of places serving special Mother’s Day Brunches in Marin County, Sonoma and Napa Counties, on the San Francisco Bay, and even a few in San Francisco itself

May 16 – Best of San Francisco International Comedy Competition at the Napa Valley Opera House
May 17 – Marin County Civic Center Farmer’s Market from 8am – 1pm
May 17 – Marin Sonoma Concours d’Elegance to benefit Hospice By The Bay

May 19 & 20 – Wild Care’s 24th Annual Dining For Wildlife… here’s how it works: You choose the restaurant you’d like to dine at from our list of 30 participating establishments.
