You might not think that February would be an action packed month in the San Francisco Bay Area, but with Super Bowl, Chinese New Year, Whale Watching, Valentine’s Day and the Academy Awards, there is plenty to keep everyone busy, no matter how cold it gets—or not (we’ve had some freakishly warm and dry weather so far this year).
