If you have been thinking about buying a home in Marin County, now is a good time. The average sales price these days would have us turning the clock back to 2002. (I wish I could do that with my face! 🙂 )
The number of homes actually selling is, well, just look at the chart above. As you can see homes are selling, just not as many as we’re used to in recent years.
