As you will see in the chart below, historically the town of Sonoma’s average sales price would vary month to month depending on what homes were selling. In the past few months you can see that the distress sales are dominating the market, driving down the average sales price.
Thankfully those distress sales are selling as that is what is propping up the market at this point.
