As you will see in the chart below the average sales price in the beautiful wine country town of Sonoma fluctuates wildly from month to month.  So far this year, even with all the REOs, the average sales price for the first seven months is at a high of $931,799.  People are coming to the table and buying those REOs, and the wealthy continue to love the grand estates.  It’s the man in the middle that isn’t seeing much action.
