Palm Desert Country Club Home Sales for June 2019

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of June 2019 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see last month was rockin’!!!

The final selling prices for the month of June ranged from a low of $221,000 at 77715 California Drive to a high of $398,000 at 43080 Tennessee Avenue.

It’s still a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club.
