I am a fourth generation lifelong Bay Area Resident, now sharing my time in Coachella Valley.

When buying or selling a home, there are a plethora of details to cover, as well as a huge amount of liability, so it is best to be represented by someone who cares about your best interests and has a team of professionals to cover all the bases--because the transaction doesn't always end at the close of escrow.

Be prepared to be pleasantly surprised by getting your calls and emails either answered immediately, or returned in a timely manner, as well as unexpected attention to all the details that are important to you. Because this is really about you, isn't it?

In fact, I am known to recommend that my clients NOT buy or sell if it is not in their best interests--even though it means no paycheck for me. I have to make a living, but I also have to live with myself. If it's not good for you, then it's not going to happen with me.
