The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of January 2022. This is the first time I have seen all the cities I report on in the valley selling into the seven (or more) figures.
The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $285,000 for 43780 Carmel Circle in Palm Desert, to a high of $42,000,000 (no, that is not a typo) for 706 Summit Cove in Palm Desert.
