The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of November 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $272,500 for 52575 Eisenhower Drive in La Quinta, to a high of $8,777,000 for 52500 Ross Avenue also in La Quinta.
