The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of October 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $285,000 for 30456 San Diego Drive in Cathedral City, to a high of $6,000,000 for 106 Lantana View in Palm Desert.
