Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of August 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $220,000 for 21540 Snow View Drive in Palm Springs, to a high of $5,325,000 for 75740 Topaz Lane in Indian Wells.
