The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of August 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $266,500 for 30236 San Luis Rey Drive in Cathedral City, to a high of $4,200,000 for 74420 Mountain Vista Drive in Indian Wells.
