Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of July 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $205,000 for 33465 Campus Lane in Cathedral City, to a high of $7,000,000 for 220 West Hermosa in Palm Springs.
