Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of June 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $200,000 for 67060 Santa Barbara Drive in Cathedral City, to a high of $9,200,000 for 638 Pinnacle Crest in Palm Desert.
