As you will see, everything is back to normal: white hot!
Fueled by super low interest rates AND many people now telecommuting permanently, people are now buying where they want to be, rather than close to their office. That said, I have now included more Sonoma County towns in my reporting because Sonoma is seeing a large influx of these buyers.
