Palm Desert Country Club Home Sales for November 2019

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of November 2019 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).

The final selling prices for the month of September ranged from a low of $275,000 at 42500 Iowa Street to a high of $370,000 at 43425 Texas Avenue.
