My Favorite Listings in the City of Sonoma on May 15, 2019

I absolutely love the City of Sonoma. So much, that I’m almost hesitant to share with the world how great it is. It’s a great place to live full time, although many people have second homes here as well. We finally have inventory to talk about and I’m sharing my picks here. Click on the addresses for more information about each one.

We’ll start with 104 Bernhard Avenue in the Springs. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1296sf home on a ~6000sf lot.

Next up, I like 350 Linden Street. (okay, I love it!) Built in 1893, with a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1745sf main house, plus a carriage house, on approximately 1/3 acre. Really beautiful.  The details… And conveniently located.

Getting closer to the Plaza we have 20540 David Street. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1366sf main home plus a guest house on a little over 2 acres. The property extends over both sides of the creek.

And now we’re on to the East Side… 841 Donner Avenue is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1863sf home plus a detached pool house or office with a full bathroom on just under 1/4 acre.

Also located on the coveted East Side of town is 1275 East MacArthur Street. Built in 1860, this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3813sf home on just over 2 acres. There is also a guest house and a cabana, as well as a large swimming pool and a tennis court. This property was once owned by General Vallejo’s youngest daughter, so we’ve got some history here. Of course, it’s been remodeled over the years. I don’t know about the green island in the kitchen, but other than that it’s pretty spectacular.
