In Rancho Mirage I like:
71757 Tunis Road, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2356sf home on a 9583sf lot. Fee land. Private pool. Voluntary HOA of less than $100 per YEAR. Furnishings are negotiable. (This one just went into escrow, but ya never know… it could fall out and go back on the market.)
In Palm Desert I like:
Palm Desert Country Club is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Don’t let the name fool you, it’s not gated. 77305 Minnesota Avenue is a 3 bedroom, bathroom 1698sf home on a ~6000sf lot with golf course frontage, views, private pool, convenient location, fee land and HOA dues of only $363 per YEAR–and priced less than you could rent it for.
Set on five acres, 71450 Cholla Way is… well… amazing. 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 6095sf home on a 217,800sf lot with quality and views and WOW!
In Indian Wells I like:
45325 Indian Wells Lane is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2036sf home on a 6534sf lot with golf course frontage, private pool, fee land and no HOA!
