The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of December 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of December ranged from a low of $247,900 at 43535 Warner Trail to a high of $310,000 at 76693 California Drive.
For the first time since I’ve been keeping records in the neighborhood the average final selling price is higher than the average original asking price—with three of the five sold selling for higher than their asking price! It’s a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club.

The prices are reasonable not much different than here in Savannah, the sold over asking is a good sign that the market must be good
