Palm Springs Area Home Sales for May 2018

BEFORE WE GET STARTED… In The News: June 5 Palm Springs voted against a “blanket” ban on short term rentals. Now what that means to certain neighborhoods and HOAs remains to be learned. I will share more as I learn more.

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of May 2018.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $136,400 for a home at 451 West Bon Air in Palm Springs, to a high of $6,000,000 for 934 Andreas Canyon in Palm Desert.
