Palm Desert Country Club Real Estate Market Update for March 2018

Now is a great time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club!

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of March 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see both the number of homes selling, the volume, is down but prices are up!

The final selling prices for the month of February ranged from a low of $250,000 at 43231 Alabama Street to a high of $327,000 at 77150 Florida Avenue.
