The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the eclectic Coachella Valley for the month of November 2017.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $97,000 for a home at 17429 Sanborn Street in Palm Springs, to a high of $3,250,000 for 52530 Del Gato Drive in La Quinta.
