Palm Springs Area Home Sales Update for January 2017

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the beautiful Coachella Valley for the month of January 2017.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $40,000 for a home with extensive “fire damage throughout” (which I’m noticing happens in Palm Springs with greater and greater frequency) at 473 West Sunview in Palm Springs, to a high of $4,600,000 for 74235 Quail Lakes Drive in Indian Wells.
