The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of November 2016 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). The volume, the number of homes that actually sold, is down by one over last year with prices up by less than 1.5%.
Final selling prices in November ranged from a low of $185,000 for 77755 California Drive to a high of $350,000 for my listing at 42925 Massachusetts Court. (Not only did my listing sell at the highest price, but it also sold in the fewest number of days–ask me how.)
