Palm Springs Area Home Sales Update for October 2016

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the beautiful Palm Springs area for the month of October 2016.

The final sales prices for all five towns ranged from a low of $205,000 at 302 Paseo Primavera, 78982 Chardonnay Way and 78443 Prairie Flower Drive in Palm Desert, to a high of $3,275,000,000 for 74568 Desert Arroyo Trail in Indian Wells. There really is something for everyone in Coachella Valley.
