As you will see in the chart below home sales volume in Palm Desert Country Club dropped off in July 2016 compared to June 2016, but was up from 2015. Selling prices remain flat.
Palm Desert Country Club remains desirable and affordable, with no land leases and minimal or no HOA dues. Final selling prices in July 2016 ranged from a low of $184,000 for 77315 Missouri Avenue, to a high of $329,000 for 76740 Oklahoma Avenue.
