Palm Desert Country Club Real Estate Market Update for April 2016

As you will see in the chart below, the number of homes selling in Palm Desert Country Club is down a bit while final selling prices are up a bit, compared to last year. Final selling prices ranged from a low of $203,000 for 42460 Wisconsin Avenue, to a high of $335,000 for 77597 Missouri Drive.
