As you will see prices and volume remain flat—which is definitely better than declining. The two homes that sold over their original asking prices were only slightly over, but that still indicates the desirability of this neighborhood.
The lowest price home to sell in the neighborhood was 43511 Illinois Avenue for $210,000. The highest price home to sell was 77519 Missouri Drive for $327,500. If you click through the links provided (which are only active for 30 days by MLS default) you will see that they are both very nice homes.
