Palm Desert Country Club Real Estate Market Update for January 2016

The table below shows the residential real estate sales activity for Palm Desert Country Club for the month of January 2016. For previous reports click here.

As you will see prices and volume remain flat—which is definitely better than declining. The two homes that sold over their original asking prices were only slightly over, but that still indicates the desirability of this neighborhood.

The lowest price home to sell in the neighborhood was 43511 Illinois Avenue for $210,000. The highest price home to sell was 77519 Missouri Drive for $327,500. If you click through the links provided (which are only active for 30 days by MLS default) you will see that they are both very nice homes.

If you have any questions at all, including what it takes to successfully buy or sell in this neighborhood, contact me any time.
