Petaluma, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update for March 2012

As of April 10, 2012 61% of available listings in Petaluma were in escrow.

For the month of March 2012 70 homes (36 of which were distress sales) sold in Petaluma for an average final selling price of $375,615.

The average original asking price of these homes was $401,535.

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $134,000 to a high of $1,500,000.

Of the 70 homes that sold 5 sold at their original asking prices and 14 sold over their original asking prices.

It took these homes an average of 147 days to sell.
