For the month of July 2011 215 homes sold for an average final selling price of $865,153.
The average original asking price of these homes was $933,431.
The range of final selling prices was from a low of $117,000 to a high of $5,275,000.
Of the 215 homes that sold (54 of which were distress sales) 19 sold at their original asking prices and 28 sold over their original asking prices. All others sold for less than their original asking prices.
It took these homes an average of 109 days to sell.
