This month I thought it would be interesting to compare to the last couple of years–since I had that information readily available.  🙂

That said, here are three charts for the past three years in the month of March.  Let me know your thoughts:

The table below shows the activity for the month of March 2007, sorted by the name of the City in alphabetical order.  Regarding percentage of listings in escrow, anything above 35% is considered a Seller’s Market, anything below 30% is considered a Buyer’s Market.  Between 30% and 35% is considered a Neutral Balanced Market.  However, as you will see below, that particular statistic does NOT tell the whole story.
